Join Mayor Michelle J. Gomez for a Health and Wellness Class on July 30

Residents of Tamarac are invited to join Mayor Michelle J. Gomez and Simply Healthcare for an enriching afternoon dedicated to health and wellness.

The Senior Health & Wellness event will be held on Tuesday, July 30, from 2:15 to 4:15 p.m. at the Tamarac Community Center, 8601 West Commercial Boulevard.

The event aims to promote healthy living and wellness within the community and will feature various free activities, including life-saving skills with a Hands-Only CPR demonstration.

Attendees will be treated to healthy juices and smoothies and can snack on nutritious treats.
