Aggravated Assault
Monterey Dr.
A person was the victim of Aggravated Assault on 10/13/2022. A domestic disturbance between husband and wife. The husband observed the wife in the middle of an affair with another man.
Auto Theft
N. University Dr.
A person was the victim of Auto Theft on 10/15/2022. Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s 2021 Honda CRV from a guest parking space.
Burglary Conveyance
Treehouse Ln.
A person was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on 10/16/2022. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) broke the passenger window of his 2018 F350 parked in a parking lot and stole a green backpack. Tot. Est. Loss: $2,525.
NW 77th St.
A person was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on 10/15/2022. Burglary to a Toyota Highlander and a Ford F150. Both vehicles were left unlocked, and various items were stolen. Tot. Est. Loss: $1,415.
Burglary Residence
S. Devon Dr.
A person was the victim of a Burglary Residence on 10/13/2022. The victim reported that her engagement ring was discovered missing from a jewelry case in the bedroom of her residence. Tot. Est. Loss: $5,000.
Theft
W. Commercial Blvd.
A person was the victim of Theft – All Other on 10/15/2022. They reported that an employee stole approximately $4,019.67 worth of gift cards, cash, and groceries. The employee worked there for approximately three weeks and never returned to work after taking the items. Tot. Est. Loss: $4,019.
N. University Dr.
A store was the victim of Theft – Retail / Shoplifting on 10/13/2022. Two subjects walked into the store and attempted to steal iPhone14 display phones. They were successful in stealing two of the four display phones. Subjects left in a gray Toyota Camry heading south on N University Dr. Tot. Est. Loss: $1,760.
Arrests
Dean, Trinity Christean, 22, was arrested on charges of Agg Battery W/deadly Weap-Dating Viol on Nw 46th Ter on 10/16/2022.
Garcia, Saul, 51, was arrested on charges of Lewd Lascv Behavior-victim 12 – 16 years, offender 18 on Lime Bay Blvd on 10/11/2022.
Young, Trayonia Tykearea, 21, was arrested on charges of Trespassing-occupied Structure Or Conveyance on W Commercial Blvd on 10/16/2022.
Yanavok, Debra Lynn, 60, was arrested on charges of Possession Of Oxycodone (Percocet) on NW 55th Ln on 10/16/2022.
Lockhart, Melissa Jaqueline, 30, was arrested on charges of Battery-cause Bodily Harm–Domestic Violence on White Oak Ln on 10/15/2022.
Cearc, Lyns, 40, was arrested on charges of possessing counterfeited-license plates on W Commercial Blvd on 10/12/2022.
Domany, Eric Matthew, 38, was arrested on charges of Larc-petit Theft 2nd Degree 2nd Offense on N State Road 7 on 10/11/2022.
