Burglary and Theft
Burglary to Structure: On March 21, a burglary occurred at the Vanguard Village 15 community clubhouse on Brookwood Blvd. It was reported on June 25.
Burglary to Conveyance: A victim reported on June 24 that their RV was burglarized between June 21–23. Estimated loss: $645.
Theft – All Other: Between June 18–24, a theft occurred in Tamarac resulting in a loss of $525.
Retail Theft: On June 25, a suspect shoplifted $50 in merchandise from Old Time Pottery on W Commercial Blvd.
Auto Theft: A vehicle was reported stolen on June 27, last seen parked between June 24 at 7:30 p.m. and June 25 at 8:00 a.m.
Fraud – Identity Theft: On June 27, a victim reported someone attempted to order an iPhone 16 Pro using their personal information. The fraudulent order was canceled.
Property Damage and Suspicious Activity
Criminal Mischief: Two incidents:
June 25: A woman reported her vehicle’s side mirrors were destroyed, possibly by her ex-boyfriend.
June 25: A daughter damaged property during an argument with her mother; the victim declined to press charges.
Suspicious Incident: A resident reported a suspicious tape found on their door on June 25. The source and purpose are unknown.
Lost Property: Property reported lost on June 24 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Fires and Mental Health
Fire: A fire occurred on June 24 on the third floor of the Physicians Pavilion at Woodmont Hospital.
Baker Acts:
June 24: A person was Baker Acted near the 7800 block of W McNab Rd.
June 25: A man was Baker Acted after threatening his family.
Domestic and Battery Incidents
Domestic Disturbances:
June 25: A verbal altercation occurred between a mother and son.
June 25: Officers responded to a separate non-criminal domestic disturbance.
Battery:
A woman reported being assaulted during a domestic altercation on June 17.
On June 25, a juvenile reportedly pushed and grabbed his mother; he was charged and taken to JAC.
On June 27, police responded to a domestic battery; the suspect had fled prior to arrival.

A person delayed moving out despite electronic court orders and ankle monitoring.

Paola Andrea Duque, 44, arrested for domestic battery on June 27.
Enoch Alexander Hayden, 38, arrested for loitering or prowling on June 27.
Angelais Fraise, 39, arrested on a felony warrant on June 27.
Derek Joseph Zauner, 23, arrested for domestic assault on June 27.
