As summer comes to an end and preparations begin for the upcoming school year, the City of Tamarac is holding a drive-thru to distribute backpacks and school supplies.
On Saturday, August 7, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Community Center is open to Tamarac residents only.
Since this is a first-come, first-serve event, eligible residents must fill out the online pre-registration form and download all the documents by 4 p.m. on July 23.
For more information, click here or call 954-597-3626.
The Tamarac Community Center is located at 8601 West Commercial Boulevard.
