The City of Tamarac is inviting the community to join in a live concert celebration honoring Caribbean American Heritage Month.
The “Yard on the Lawn” concert will take place on Saturday, June 28, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Tamarac Sports Complex. Grammy Award-winning Jamaican reggae group Morgan Heritage will grace the stage along with performances by Orale Johnson, Army Gideon, Mikey Mike, and DJ Undisputed. Jamaican media personality Miss Kitty will serve as the emcee for the concert event.
To make attendance easier, the City has arranged for continuous free shuttle service starting at 5:30 p.m. from Tamarac City Hall and Tamarac Park, with return trips running until 9:30 p.m. Limited on-site parking will be available at the venue. Guests are encouraged to register in advance on the YTL Music Fest Eventbrite page.
