A family-friendly community event series returns to celebrate the arrival of Spring.
Originally scheduled for Saturday, March 23, due to rain, the new date is Saturday, March 30, at 9:30 a.m. at the Tamarac Park and Recreation Center, 7501 N. University Drive.
Families are invited to enjoy the outdoor event, which features an egg hunt designed for children aged ten and under, face painting stations, bounce houses, and lawn games. Children are asked to bring their own Easter baskets for the egg hunt.
Food trucks featuring refreshments and snacks will be on hand. Entry to the Peter Cottontail Springfest event is free for all. For more information about the event, call the Tamarac Parks and Recreation at (954) 597-3674.
