Arc Culinary invites the community to savor extraordinary dining experiences at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen this January and February.
Each Chef Experience Dinner combines exquisite cuisine with a mission-driven purpose, as proceeds support Arc Broward’s programs for individuals with disabilities and life challenges.

- Fire & Spice Asado: An Argentinian Fire-Grilled Feast – Saturday, Jan. 18, 7 p.m.
A four-course meal featuring traditional Argentine dishes like empanadas, grilled skirt steak, and dulce de leche jellyroll. - Planted: The Vegetarian Experience – Thursday, Jan. 30, 7 p.m.
Explore bold plant-based creations, including roasted butternut squash, wild mushroom crepes, and carrot cake. - Valentine’s Aphrodisiac Experience – Friday, Feb. 14, 7 p.m.
Celebrate love with decadent offerings such as shrimp tempura, lobster tortellini, and a trio of gourmet desserts. - New Orleans Cajun Night – Thursday, Feb. 27, 7 p.m.
Enjoy bayou-inspired dishes like crawfish rolls, blackened snapper with grits, and mini king cakes.
Tickets start at $89 for communal seating and $99 for the Chef’s Table, with Valentine’s dinner priced slightly higher. Gratuity and beverages are included.
Held at 10250 NW 53rd Street in Sunrise, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen offers an elegant setting for Chef Experiences, private events, and more. Arc Culinary is a social enterprise of Arc Broward, which serves over 1,200 individuals annually.
