{Meet Loaf}
Rock nostalgia takes center stage at Kings Point Palace as Meet Loaf delivers an energetic tribute celebrating the music of Meat Loaf.
The tribute show recreates the music and theatrical style associated with Meat Loaf, centered on his landmark 1977 album Bat Out of Hell, written and composed by Jim Steinman. The performance features familiar selections from the catalog, including songs from The Rocky Horror Picture Show such as “Hot Patootie” and “Time Warp,” along with Steinman-written hits recorded by artists including Celine Dion, Bonnie Tyler, Cher, and Air Supply.
Held on Saturday, February 21, at 8 p.m., the show is $20 for Kings Point residents and $25 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
