A covert Broward Sheriff’s Office investigation following a stolen Tamarac vehicle led detectives to an alleged Hollywood chop shop, where four men were arrested.

According to an arrest affidavit, detectives with BSO’s Tamarac Crime Suppression Team were tracking a stolen car through its LoJack system on June 25. Investigators followed the vehicle from a La Quinta in Sunrise to CCM Motor Sales at 5725 Rodman Street in Hollywood.

Detectives said they observed four men, later identified as Marvin Fuller, 47, of Lauderdale Lakes; Steve Anderson, 50, of Sunrise; Leroy Francis, 28, of Lauderhill; and Antwon Anderson, 28, of Sunrise, working around the stolen vehicle.

Investigators allege the men were seen removing various parts from the car, carrying them into the business, and later returning additional components to the vehicle. Detectives also reported seeing multiple dismantled vehicles inside the property, which they said led investigators to believe they had stumbled upon a grander suspected chop shop.

After obtaining a search warrant, detectives searched the business and said they recovered the stolen car, which had significant damage, including missing airbags, the front camera, electronic control modules, dashboard components, and wiring.

Investigators also located a stolen engine from a 2025 Honda Accord linked to a separate Coconut Creek auto theft case, along with a complete front-end assembly and other vehicle components believed to be connected to other investigations.

Detectives allege the four suspects were engaged in altering, dismantling, reassembling, and otherwise concealing the identity of stolen vehicles and vehicle parts. The vehicle parts were likely resold while the stolen vehicles were either disposed of or resold with replacement parts.

All four men were arrested and transported to the Broward County Main Jail.
