Due to the decline in COVID-19 cases, free food distributions, which help economically impacted families are not as abundant as they were a few months ago, but several local organizations continue.
Here are food distribution locations through the end of May:
Wednesday, May 26, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Community Christian Church 10001 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33351
Wednesday, May 26, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Chabad of Coral Springs 3925 N University Drive in Coral Springs.
Saturday, May 29, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. First Church Coral Springs 8650 W. Sample Rd. in Coral Springs.
All free food events will continue as long as supplies last. For additional information and distribution sites outside of Tamarac, visit their website.
