Through the process of designing the new office space for their real estate office, co-owner Elvin Villalobos says he was inspired by a moment in time way before COVID-19 — now frozen in time.
“Pre-COVID, I would go to Kings Point, and during their weekly jazz night, I recall seeing a friend of mine enjoying the music,” said Villalobos. “I would see him move side to side with his eyes closed, and I knew exactly what he was doing. He was dancing and reminiscing about a marvelous time.”
This is precisely the feel him and his wife and co-owner Jacqueline Acevedo, hope to create in their new RE/MAX Interaction Realty+ in Northwest Broward office at 7146 North Nob Hill Road at Point Plaza.
We worked with the company The Chameleons Palette, who did a phenomenal job creating an atmosphere of nostalgia with the mid-century modern style in our new office space. By taking a modern-day approach to decor, we wanted to give clients a sense of nostalgia for some of their happiest times in life, as soon as they step through the door.
With their main office still located on Commercial Blvd, Villalobos felt this was the perfect time to expand after former West Broward Real Estate moved out of Point Plaza. “I have wanted that location, and I am so grateful the opportunity came up,” he said.
By opening a satellite office, they can serve their third generation of neighbors and friends, along with the new families and individuals moving in and out with the quality of service, dedication, and attention they require.
Villalobos said RE/MAX Interaction Realty+ firmly believes that real estate is not just about the bottom line. It is about serving community members with the biggest and probably most emotional purchase and selling of a property they will make in their lives.
“We believe it is vitally important we take measures to accomplish those goals and transition our friends, neighbors, and loved ones into their new homes, or out of their old ones with extreme care.
When you visit, he said you would be greeted by their amazing, dedicated team, including Renee Herscher, a resident of Kings Point for 18 years and a Realtor for 38 years. Susan Moskowitz, a resident of Coral Springs since 1985 and a Kings Point Realtor for 20 years.
He added, another prized member of their team is Helene Berman, who has lived in Tamarac for 45 years and has served the community as a Realtor since 1996.
Villalobos and the team bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and technology to serve Northwest Tamarac and Southwest Coral Springs.
“Come on by,” he said, “whether you need something notarized, have questions about the home buying or selling process, need to make a few copies of a document, or just want to chat over a good cup of coffee.”
The new office opens on September 14, 2020. Contact RE/MAX Interaction Realty+ at 954-746-4503.
