In recognition of Women Veterans Day, Mayor Michelle J. Gomez will host a special luncheon to honor the service and sacrifices of local women veterans.
The Women Veterans Luncheon will be held on Friday, June 13, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The View at Colony West, 6850 Northwest 88th Avenue. The event aims to provide appreciation, connection, and celebration for women veterans living in the community.
Attendees are asked to RSVP by June 1 by emailing MayorGomezEvents@Tamarac.org.
