On November 7, Timothy Johnson, 23, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested after witnesses told police the suspect was seen throwing a brick at the home’s front door located at the 2600 block of Northwest 51st Place.

The suspect was also spotted trying to open the resident’s vehicle, but couldn’t get inside.

The 65-year-old victim sustained an injury on the right foot caused by shattered glass from the front door.
