Man with History of Indecent Exposure Arrested For Public Masturbation Near Montessori School 3

A man with a history of exposing himself was arrested for allegedly masturbating in the direction of a woman in her vehicle near a Montessori school.

On October 25, Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to an area near the 6800 block of West Commercial Boulevard after a woman reported seeing a man masturbating in broad daylight outside her vehicle.

According to records, the victim told deputies that she noticed a man, later identified as Ryan Moore, 40, of Tamarac, circling her vehicle on a bicycle while sitting in her car.

She said Moore then parked his bike near a garbage can and briefly disappeared from view. Moments later, he allegedly reappeared, pulled down his jeans, and began to masturbate while staring at the victim.

After receiving the report, law enforcement canvassed the area and located Moore on his bicycle. Police arrested him and transported him to the Broward County Main Jail.

Records show Moore is a repeat offender and has previous exposure charges on his record.
