Nov. 5 — Verbal dispute between couple over civil matters regarding a lease.
Nov. 5 — Argument between siblings over property; no physical violence.
Nov. 6 — Grandmother wanted granddaughter to leave 55+ community; no crime occurred.
Nov. 9 — Verbal dispute after the child’s mother arrived for pickup; no physical contact.
Nov. 9 — Verbal threats in a family dispute; no physical threats or violence.

Nov. 4 — Report of a woman screaming; residents denied any disturbance.

Nov. 6 — Employee entered homeowner’s backyard without permission during dispute over an unpaid water filter.

Nov. 6 — Motorcycle stolen while victim was on vacation. Estimated loss: not listed.
Nov. 6 — Phone stolen from business at 5600 N University Dr. Estimated loss: $1,000.

Nov. 7 — Firearm originally thought stolen retrieved from pawn shop; loss: $419.

Oct. 17–Nov. 4 — Dating violence incident involving distribution of explicit photograph without consent and prior physical contact.
Nov. 8 — Domestic violence incident; suspect fled before arrival, no injuries reported.
Robberies
Nov. 4 — Victim reported robbery by intimate partner who forcefully took her phone. Loss: $250.
Nov. 8 — Strong-arm robbery at Dollar Tree on N. Pine Island Rd. Suspect handed clerk a note demanding cash; later identified and detained. Loss: $174.
