Aggravated Assault
W. Commercial Blvd.
A person was the victim of Aggravated Assault on 12/07/2021 when an unknown male brandished a firearm at him through his window.
Auto Theft
NW 62nd St.
A person was the victim of Auto Theft on 12/09/2021 when a silver Toyota Tacoma was stolen overnight. Tot. Est. Loss: $361.
Burglary Conveyance
W. Commercial Blvd.
A person was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on W Commercial Blvd on 12/07/2021 when an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the victim’s work truck. Tot. Est. Loss: $6,000.
Fire
W. Commercial Blvd.
A 75-year-old woman was the victim of a vehicle fire on 12/11/2021. The blaze burned off on its own and did not need to be extinguished.
Fraud
Weldon Cir.
A person was the victim of Fraud – Worthless Check on 12/07/2021. The victim reported receiving and depositing a fraudulent check to purchase gift cards. Tot. Est. Loss: $1,450.
Missing Person Found
S. State Road 7
A Missing Person was recovered on 12/10/2021 after deputies initiated a traffic stop for a headlamp violation. Upon making contact with the driver, a routine teletype check revealed that someone connected to the vehicle came back as a confirmed missing person from Miami-Dade County.
Violation of Probation
Shakerwood Cir.
On 12/07/2021, a 32-year-old man was taken into custody for Violation of Probation during a probationary check with FDOC in The Commons. The defendant was found in possession of a 9mm LLAMA CAL.38.
Arrests
Goulbourne, Mayagale Nichola, 43, was arrested on charges of Aggrav Battery-cause Bodily Harm Or Disability on S Colony Cir on 12/07/2021.
Victor, Jaki K., 19, was arrested on charges of Warrant-ct1 Trespass Struc/conv on W Commercial Blvd in Oakland Park on 12/10/2021.
Alonso, Ronald, 28, was arrested on charges of Battery-on Officer Firefighter Emt Etc on N Pine Island Rd on 12/12/2021.
