Tamarac residents seeking to improve their fitness may want to consider attending FITZONE, a free exercise club catering to all athletic abilities.
The class will begin on June 3 and meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Caporella Park, located at 5200 Prospect Road, Tamarac.
Open to Tamarac residents, FITZONE is designed to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. The mission is to provide a safe and supportive community where people of all fitness levels can come together to stay active, improve their health, and boost their mood.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a mat and a positive attitude, according to Commissioner Marlon Bolton.
