Two victims were injured in a traffic accident in Tamarac on Tuesday evening.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office responded to an accident with injuries around 7:10 p.m. at North Pine Island Road and Southgate Blvd.
Preliminary investigation revealed that two vehicles were traveling north on Pine Island Road when a vehicle heading south on Pine Island Road failed to yield the right of way and made a left turn onto Southgate Boulevard, striking one of the vehicles.
One was airlifted to a trauma center and the other one went by ground. According to BSO, the injuries were not life-threatening.
