An investigation is underway after a man was shot outside of a Tamarac bar early Saturday morning.
At 4 a.m. on Saturday, BSO deputies responded to reports of shots fired at Vintage Wine and Sports Bar at 5303 N State Road 7.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting victim and two other males left the Players Sports Bar & Grill and went across the street to the Vintage Wine and Sports Bar to hang out with a large group of people who had gathered in the parking lot. An argument ensued and several shots were fired by an unknown male. The victim, Devon Williams, 27, was struck by two projectiles. Williams ran to a Dodge Charger and attempted to drive away, but crashed into a parked box truck. He then exited Charger and ran eastbound across State Road 7 to Players Sports Bar where he was found by BSO Deputies and then transported to Broward Health Medical Center.
