UPDATE: She has been safely located.
Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl last seen in Tamarac.
According to investigators, Brisa Velasco was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. on May 28 in the 8700 block of Northwest 57th Street.
Velasco is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing all black clothing.
