Tamarac is brewing up some spooky fun this Halloween season with two events that promise treats, thrills, and plenty of family-friendly frights.
Join the free Halloween Hoopla at Tamarac Park on Friday, October 18, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. for music, arts & crafts, bounce houses, face painting, carnival games, prizes, candy, and more. The first 500 kids will receive a free bag of treats.
The Halloween fun continues Saturday, October 19, with the Great Pumpkin Splash at Caporella Aquatic Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Kids and adults can enjoy the floating pumpkin patch, along with picking and decorating pumpkins, a magic show, and balloon art. There is a $5 fee per guest, and pre-registration is required.
Tamarac Park is located at 7501 N. University Drive and Caporella Aquatic Center is at 9300 NW 58th Street. For more information about the events and registration, call 954-597-3660.
