By Ryan Yousefi
The Tamarac-North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce has announced a heartwarming initiative to bring joy to less fortunate children this festive season.
In collaboration with community partners, the chamber is set to host toy drives during the holiday season in a pair of locations throughout Tamarac.
Starting now through December 14, representatives from the Chamber of Commerce will be stationed at the Moose Lodge, eagerly awaiting the community’s generosity.
The Moose Lodge, located at 6191 Rock Island Road, will be the primary collection point for toys destined to brighten the holidays for children of all ages.
On a single date – December 7 – the toys will be accepted at the Woodmont Country Club located at 7801 Northwest 80th Avenue.
The Chamber of Commerce encourages participants to bring new, unwrapped toys suitable for children of all ages.
