Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives have released surveillance video of three people believed to be involved in a man’s murder in North Lauderdale last month, officials said.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for tips leading to an arrest in the case, according to BSO.
The homicide happened on April 27 just before 5 p.m. near the 7400 block of Kimberly Boulevard. According to BSO investigators, deputies, and North Lauderdale Fire Rescue, first responders rushed to the area after receiving reports of a shooting.
When emergency crews arrived, officials found an adult male behind a building suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was airlifted to Broward Health North by BSO Fire Rescue and pronounced dead, officials said.
During the investigation, detectives found surveillance video showing three people believed to be connected to the fatal shooting. They are seen walking in front of a Ring security camera dressed in all black, according to BSO.
Investigators in the case previously released pictures of a Honda Accord with stock rims, which they believe was driven by one of the people involved in the killing.
Anyone with information about the people in the video or the vehicle is asked to call BSO homicide Det. John Curcio at 954-321-4212 or to submit a tip through the SaferWatch app.
Tipsters who wish to remain anonymous should call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477), submit a tip online at browardcrimestoppers.org, or dial **TIPS (8477) from any cellphone in the United States.
Any Crime Stoppers tip that leads to an arrest in the homicide case is eligible for a reward of up to $5,000, officials said.
