Meet Mitch, a white American Bulldog mix with blue eyes and a sweet face no one can resist.
Found as a stray in Deerfield Beach in September, this pup is gentle and well-behaved. According to Broward County Animal Care, Mitch is about three years old and weighs 51 pounds.
This one-of-a-kind dog is smart and very handsome. He walks well on a leash and knows how to take the treats gently. Mitch loves to play fetch and can spend hours playing until he wears himself out and is ready for a good nap.
With his crooked teeth, overbite, and white hair, this pup has a personality. He will be a perfect companion for a family with an active lifestyle.
To adopt Mitch (A2230086), foster, or take a dog out for lunch, email the shelter at foster@broward.org. To schedule a meet-and-greet appointment and learn more about adoptable pets, email ACADadoptions@broward.org.
The Adoption Center at Broward County Animal Care is located at 2400 SW 42 Street, Fort Lauderdale, and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Adoptions are free and include spaying/neutering, vaccinations, a microchip, and a Broward County pet license tag.
