Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special edition of Movie Night at the Park presented by the City of Lauderhill.
The City of Lauderhill’s Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to a special Movie Night at Westwind Park on Friday, February 16, at 6:30 p.m.
The family-friendly event is expected to be an entertainment-filled evening, starting with live R&B music by Profund Productions band at 5:00 p.m., followed by a screening of the romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day.”
Directed by Garry Marshall and released in 2010, “Valentine’s Day” brings together an ensemble cast including Jessica Alba, Kathy Bates, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, and many more, including a cameo by Taylor Swift, in a light-hearted portrayal of various interconnecting stories of Los Angeles residents experiencing the highs and lows of love on Valentine’s Day.
The Movie Night event is free and open to the public. Attendees can also enjoy a selection of food trucks and free popcorn.
