Man With History of Indecent Exposure Arrested for Masturbating Inside Beauty Supply Store 4

A serial offender with a history of similar arrests was arrested after allegedly masturbating toward multiple people inside a beauty supply store, including an employee.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office report, deputies responded to a call at Beauty Supply 4U, 3296 North State Road 7, regarding an in-progress shoplifting incident.

Upon arrival, deputies were directed to Aisle 2, where they found the alleged suspect, later identified as Jeremiah Hill, 21, of Lauderdale Lakes, standing behind a female customer.

Deputies noted in the incident report that Hill quickly removed his hands from his shorts as they approached. When detained, he reportedly admitted, “I was just in here stealing.”

The female customer, unaware of the whole situation, said she had only noticed Hill following her from a previous aisle. The store manager told deputies that an employee also reported Hill had approached her, placed his hands in the front of his pants, and began masturbating while asking if she was okay.

Security footage later reviewed by deputies allegedly showed Hill following a female shopper while masturbating.

Hill was immediately detained for disorderly conduct. Upon searching him, deputies discovered a small plastic container in his pocket containing cannabis. Hill was also found in possession of a container of gel stolen from the store.

Deputies noted in the report that Hill has a prior criminal history involving similar offenses, including indecent exposure and exposure of sexual organs. Records show Hill was arrested and faced 29 charges stemming from a similar situation in which a woman alleged he exposed himself and masturbated toward her inside a Sunrise laundry mat.

Additionally, arrest reports also indicate Hill was arrested in 2023 for following a woman into the restroom at a Home Depot and filming her while she was in a stall.

Hill was transported to the Broward County Main Jail, where he was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
