As a resident adjacent to the Woodlands, I hope that the vote will be “no” for the proposed construction of a multitude of homes.
The developer wants to build a road from the Woodlands onto 64th Avenue, to manage the increased traffic for the proposed new homes along the west side of the Woodlands community.
This will affect traffic as those of us in the neighboring leave and arrive from work, school, and so on.
Based on this, the City of Lauderhill enacted the following resolution: The City Commission approved Resolution 19R-14-64 on July 8, 2019, in opposition to the use of ingress and egress on N.W. 64th Avenue as proposed by the 13th Floor Woodlands single-family home development in the City of Tamarac.
In closing, I again hope that the vote is “no” for the proposed development.
