The City of Tamarac will host the Paws with Claus Holiday Paw-ty, a canine celebration on Saturday, December 9, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Gary B. Jones Park.
Pet lovers and their furry companions are invited to attend the festivities at the park, located at 8101 Southgate Boulevard, where pets can enjoy an assortment of holiday-themed fun, including an opportunity to strike a pose with Santa Claus himself.Â
Pet parents are encouraged to bring their four-legged family members to enjoy entertainment, including raffles with exciting prizes and holiday outfit contests.Â
In the spirit of the giving season, all adoption fees of available pets on hand will be waived, and each adoption package includes essential services such as spaying, neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a Broward County pet license tag.
Businesses eager to showcase their pet-related services and products are invited to be part of the event as vendors. Interested parties can contact city officials at 954-597-3635 to secure a spot and contribute to the festive atmosphere.
