Tamarac residents visiting Caporella Park will have more parking.
During the January 29 meeting, the commission approved a resolution authorizing the construction of an overflow parking lot with 69 spaces at the park at 5200 West Prospect Road.
The commission also approved an ordinance to update the approval and expenditure thresholds for the city manager from $65,000 to $100,000 and for the procurement and contracts manager from $35,000 to $50,000.
