October 28 – A resident reported damage to a saltwater filtration system at his home.
October 28 – Property damage was reported at Concord Village, 6401 N. University Drive.
October 31 – A victim on NW 68th Avenue found chocolate candy stuffed into her gas tank.
November 2 – A resident on NW 61st Street reported a tire slashed on his Honda CR-V; the suspect was believed to be a neighbor.
November 1 – Property damage was documented at a home on NW 70th Avenue; no criminal intent was found.
Burglaries and Thefts
October 28 – La Quinta Hotel Burglary: Deputies responded to La Quinta, 3880 W. Commercial Blvd., where a man illegally entered room 127, damaged pillows valued at $100, and refused to leave. The suspect, Imani Carey, was arrested.
October 28 – Theft: A Tamarac resident reported $2,500 in computer and tattoo equipment stolen by a former roommate.
October 31 – Vehicle Burglary: A victim reported registration and insurance cards stolen from his vehicle.

October 29 – Fraud Report: Another resident reported being tricked into transferring $2,650 to a fraudulent contact posing as a friend named “Pat.”
Robberies
October 29 – Arrest: Charlene Deluca, 60, was charged after forcibly taking a cell phone from a victim and being later apprehended.
November 1 – Armed Robbery: A white male wearing a ski mask and gray clothing demanded money with a handwritten note at a Tamarac business, escaping with $220.
Batteries and Domestic Incidents
October 28 – Domestic Battery: Yusmery Gadea, 38, was arrested after a physical altercation with her ex-husband.
October 29 – Aggravated Battery: Shariff Shirley, 47, was arrested after reportedly strangling his wife and breaking her jaw.
October 30 – Domestic Battery: Ricardo Monestime, 39, was charged with domestic battery outside the Trapeze Club.
October 31 – Domestic Strangulation: Oscar Padilla, 25, was arrested after grabbing and biting his ex-girlfriend.

November 2 – Accidental Shooting: Deputies responded to a report of a firearm accidentally discharged by a man cleaning his rifle. No injuries were reported.
Auto Theft
November 2 – A 2025 Honda CR-V was reported stolen overnight from NW 81st Place.
Threats, Harassment, and Other Reports
Several residents reported intimidation, including:
Threats from roommates and acquaintances.
A woman threatened during a hospital incident.
A husband making threats over TikTok Live.
Additional reports included lost property, found firearms in a newly purchased apartment, a child locked in a car (uninjured), and minor disturbances.
DUI and Other Arrests
November 2 – DUI Arrest: Clepha Phanor, 39, was charged with DUI, leaving the scene, and resisting arrest after striking a BSO unit on W. Commercial Blvd.
October 30 – DUI Arrest: Laquanya Smith, 41, was arrested for driving under the influence.
October 28 – Warrant Arrest: Glaister Deer, 45, was taken into custody on a warrant for grand theft auto.
November 3 – Warrant Arrest: Samuel McDowell, 67, was arrested for resisting without violence on a warrant.
