• Theft – Vehicle Parts: A victim reported airbags stolen from their vehicle on Feb. 24. Estimated loss: $1,000.
• Lost Property: A resident reported losing a work identification card sometime between Jan. 27 and Feb. 11.
• Vehicle Burglary: A Dodge Ram parked overnight was burglarized Feb. 23–24. The rear window was shattered and two bottles of Hennessy were stolen. Estimated loss: $70.
• Package Theft: Amazon packages were stolen from a victim’s front door between Feb. 8 and Feb. 9. Estimated loss: $265.
• Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime): Deputies responded to a reported verbal domestic dispute on Feb. 24.
• Baker Act: Deputies responded to a suspicious person call on Feb. 24. During the investigation, the individual met the criteria for a Baker Act.
• Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime): A verbal argument occurred between two individuals on Feb. 24. No physical violence occurred.
• Animal Bite: A woman walking her dog reported that two neighborhood dogs attacked her dog on Feb. 24.
• Lost Property: A resident reported losing car keys at a McDonald’s at 7600 NW 57 Street on Feb. 24.
• Baker Act Investigation: A man reported that another individual threatened him with a knife while walking his dog near 3873 W. Commercial Blvd. The subject was transported to a behavioral health facility.
• Threat Assessment: A third-grade student at Challenger Elementary School, 5703 NW 94 Avenue, wrote a note threatening to fight a teacher. The assessment was classified as low risk.
• Attempted Residential Burglary: A homeowner discovered a rear window broken Feb. 25 and believed someone attempted to burglarize the residence.
• Found Property: A resident found a replica firearm in bushes near Waters Edge Park, 7508 NW 61 Street.
• Suspicious Incident: A laundromat patron reported a man removed his shirt while inside the business and behaved suspiciously.
• Lost Property: A resident reported losing a wallet.
• Suspicious Incident: A mother alleged a woman slapped her child at a park, but witnesses and surveillance video did not confirm the allegation.
• Aggravated Assault: An Uber driver picking up a passenger at Publix, 8245 N. Pine Island Road, reported the passenger threatened him with a pen and struck him during an argument.
• Vehicle Burglary: A Hyundai Elantra was burglarized Feb. 25. Estimated loss: $1,900.
• Suspicious Incident: A caller reported a social media post containing racial comments and complaints about treatment at a Miami VA hospital.
• Death Investigation: A man was found deceased from apparent natural causes Feb. 26.
• Robbery: A suspect snatched a package from a victim and fled in a vehicle.
• Retail Theft: A suspect stole about $100 worth of hair products from CVS, 3915 W. Commercial Blvd.
• Domestic Battery: A victim reported being punched in the face and pushed during a domestic altercation.
• Information Report: A BSO patrol vehicle windshield was discovered cracked at an unknown time.
• Disturbance: A disruptive individual caused a disturbance during a game at the Tamarac Community Center, 8601 W. Commercial Blvd.
• Missing Person: A woman left a recovery center Feb. 27 but was later located elsewhere in the city.
• Lost Property: A business reported a missing vehicle tag.
• Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime): A mother asked her adult daughter to leave her home after a verbal dispute.
• Retail Theft: A suspect stole two 12-packs of beer from 7-Eleven, 7901 W. Commercial Blvd. Estimated loss: $40.
• Domestic Battery: A married couple was involved in a physical altercation.
• Death Investigation: A resident was found deceased at Parkside Memory Care, 7501 NW 76 Street, from natural causes.
• Battery: A resident and medical technician at a senior living facility were involved in a verbal dispute with alleged physical contact.
• Baker Act: An intoxicated woman at Retro Fitness, 8129 N. Pine Island Road, was Baker Acted after deputies observed injuries.
• Domestic Battery Investigation: An intoxicated woman reported her boyfriend struck her previously, but refused to provide further information.
• Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime): Deputies responded to a report of a couple arguing over living arrangements.
• Vehicle Investigation: A Cadillac Escalade reported possibly towed was later located in Lauderhill.
• Missing Persons: Two foster children were reported missing from a Tamarac foster home but were later entered into teletype.
• Domestic Battery: A woman reported her boyfriend struck her and threw her phone from a vehicle.

• Grand Theft Firearm: A suspect fleeing law enforcement crashed a vehicle and was arrested after deputies recovered a stolen loaded Glock handgun.

• Adam Justin Guzman, 40 — charged with cyberstalking / sexual cyberharassment.
• Martavis Freddie Cross, 30 — charged with domestic battery (touch or strike).
• Jay Harold Bobker, 68 — charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
• Mirko Ivo Lisse, 37 — charged with domestic battery (touch or strike).
• Anwar-Jose Rivas, 38 — charged with battery causing bodily harm in a dating violence case.
