Information

Information on NW 96 Terrace was reported on 08/03/2023. The reporting person claimed he was given a substance during a sexual encounter with someone he met through the Tinder dating app.

Information on NW 96 Terrace was reported on 08/01/2023. Deputies served a temporary injunction and removed a firearm and a concealed weapon from the residence.

Auto Theft

A victim of Auto Theft on W Commercial Blvd was reported on 08/02/2023. The victim’s vehicle was stolen. There were cameras in the area. There was no forced entry, and she had the only key to the car.

A victim of Auto Theft on Rock Island Road was reported on 08/02/2023. An unknown person broke into the victim`s rental car and stole it.

Theft – Retail / Shoplifting

A victim of Theft – Retail / Shoplifting on W Commercial Blvd was reported on 08/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $33. Two male subjects entered, grabbed various hygiene/makeup products, and then proceeded to exit the store, passing all points of sale.

Fraud – All Other

A victim of Fraud – All Other on Sand Dollar Court was reported on 08/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $10,100. The victim’s Crypto account was hacked, and unknown suspect(s) were able to steal the victim’s money.

A victim of Fraud – Credit Card / Atm on N Pine Island Road was reported on 08/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,170.

Battery

A victim of Battery on NW 55 Court was reported on 08/02/2023. The husband of 8 months caused visible bruises.

Burglary Conveyance

A victim of Burglary Conveyance on N University Drive was reported on 08/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $20,010. A small, blue PNC bank bag containing $20,010 and a Mastercard credit card were stolen from the back seat floorboard of the owner’s Lexus GX460. The front passenger window was shattered to gain entry.

Shooting / Unlawful Discharge

A victim of Shooting / Unlawful Discharge on NW 59 Court was reported on 08/03/2023. The gun owner accidentally shot himself in his left hand while cleaning his weapon.

Robbery

A victim of Robbery on Weldon Circle was reported on 08/06/2023. The total estimated loss was $200,440. The caller advised that a pizza delivery male subject stole her purse while two unknown male subjects held her at gunpoint.

St. Charles, Solomon D., 20, was arrested on a Stolen Property -Dealing In charge on W Commercial Blvd on 08/01/2023.

Cearc, Lyns, 41, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Assault W/Deadly Weapon-Dating Violence on Treehouse Lane on 08/02/2023.

Alva, Eduardo, Arsenio, 59, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence charge on NW 55 Court on 08/02/2023.

Hawkins, Kevin, Kajun, 27, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence charge on Nob Hill Road on 08/04/2023.

Malivert, Dowin, 21, was arrested on a charge of Kidnap-False Imprisonment-Adult on NW 59 Street on 08/06/2023.

Lampley, Shem, Carson, 41, was arrested on Aggravated Assault – Weapon W/ Deadly Weapon Without Intent To Kill charge on N State Road 7 on 08/07/2023.
