State Farm is re-locating one of their claims offices from Coral Springs to Commerce Park in Tamarac and the City of Tamarac was successful in helping to facilitate this office move.
They are already local jobs, but it will bring another 200+ to Tamarac, in a 50,000 square foot space.

John’s NY Pizza has completed their move successfully to 7041 W Commercial Blvd where the old Beverly Hill’s Cafe used to be. You have to check out their new beautiful location. Friendly service and delicious food. Also, they have karaoke several evenings a week. Ask for Tony and Laura.
Progress on the Tamarac Village project located West of Pine Island Road on Commercial Boulevard. A consultant has been selected and Public and Economic Affairs Officer, Andy Berns is currently negotiating a contract that his department can bring before the city commission for their approval.
