Reserve your free, nutritious vegan meal by Chef Brook Katz containing no meat, eggs, or dairy products, on Friday, March 23 at 5 p.m. and learn about the vegan lifestyle. This is presented by the City of Tamarac, Chef Katz, EarthSave and Hostess Estela. Enjoy their ‘vegtastic’ open mic entertainment, vegan rewards giveaways and $50 cash raffle.
The catch is guests are asked to bring a reusable (eco-friendly) place setting or donate $1. Arrive before 6 p.m. and get an early bird bonus white ticket.
This month’s lecture is ‘Killing Stage IV Cancer’. Todd Buttram’s incredible 12-year battle with melanoma was ultimately won by addressing body, mind, and spirit with non-conventional protocols.
