For a perfect night of nostalgia for parents and a fun adventure for the kids, don’t miss the next Free Movie in the Park event featuring “The Goonies.”
Held on Friday, May 10, at the Tamarac Sports Complex, the event will start at 6:30 p.m. with face painting, bounce house, food trucks, and music, followed by the movie promptly at 8 p.m.
Based on Steven Spielberg’s story and directed by Richard Donner, The Goonies is a 1985 adventure comedy film about a group of kids who decide to find a pirate’s hidden treasure to save their homes from foreclosure – a truly American story.
Families are invited to bring snacks, blankets, and lawn chairs but leave their pets at home.
Tamarac Sports Complex is located at 9901 NW 77th Street.
