Arc Culinary is inviting food lovers to savor two globally inspired Chef Experience Dinners this fall at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise.
“The Far East” will take place on Thursday, November 13, followed by “Fall’s Harvest” on Friday, November 21. Both evenings begin at 7 p.m. and feature a four-course dining journey prepared by Arc Culinary’s expert chefs.
“The Far East” experience will spotlight bold Asian flavors, starting with a savory ramen course served in a simmering miso broth with seaweed, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, and sliced pork topped with a soy-marinated ramen egg. Guests will then enjoy temaki, an elevated take on the traditional hand roll, made with crisp nori, sushi rice, sashimi-grade fish, vibrant microgreens, and pickled vegetables. The main course will feature wagyu and pommes, pairing buttery tender wagyu beef with pommes and a rich soy reduction. A decadent dessert will round out the evening.
The “Fall’s Harvest” dinner will celebrate the season’s best ingredients with a curried butternut squash soup enhanced with coconut milk crème fraîche and curry. Guests will then be served cauliflower steak with beet sauce, topped with crispy prosciutto and toasted pecans. The main course features a bone-in heritage pork chop paired with apples and guanciale, followed by a seasonal dessert to complete the autumn-inspired menu.
Tickets are $102 for chef’s table seating or $92 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Proceeds support Arc Broward’s mission to provide opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to reach their full potential.
