A new Cali Coffee has opened in Tamarac at 7775 West McNab Road.
The new coffee shop offers flavored coffees with caramel, vanilla, cookies, and cream. It also offers a wide variety of beverages, including fruit fusions, chai lattes, milkshakes, muffin tops, and cake pops.
Customers can purchase by walking up to a window or using a drive-thru. There is no indoor seating, but outdoor picnic tables are at the pleasantly landscaped stand-alone building.
According to Carolina Hernandez, an assistant manager, an important goal is to offer high-quality beverages and a fun atmosphere.
“We want to offer great service and create a good vibe,” said Hernadez.
According to the company’s website, Cali Coffee is a growing franchise with eight stores – including one in North Lauderdale – and more than 20 others awaiting opening, including a Coconut Creek location.
The popular chain received Tamarac’s approval for its one-story, 1,500-square-foot shop in December 2022.
The company, which takes its moniker from California’s nickname, was founded in 2018 by Avera and Rose White. The co-founders met while working in the fitness industry in Los Angeles.
Cali Coffee in Tamarac is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
