It didn’t take long for one ex-con to get back into the business of criminal activities after serving a three-year sentence.
On November 5, an officer with the Broward Sheriff’s office observed a 2016 black Chevrolet Silverado parked at 7000 NW 75th Street with a stolen tag. The tag revealed the vehicle was stolen that same day from Boynton Beach.
Tamarac and North Lauderdale detectives and BSO placed the suspect under surveillance for several hours until the suspect was spotted entering the stolen vehicle.
While under police surveillance, the suspect was caught walking to the stolen vehicle and using a key to enter the inside.
