Broward Sheriff’s Office Homicide detectives have identified the victim found floating in a canal last Thursday in The Landings on Cypress Greens in Tamarac.
The victim has been identified as Michael Vincent Cunningham, 32, of Tamarac. At 8:43 a.m. on October 29, BSO deputies responded to calls of a body found floating in a canal near the 6000 block of N.W. 91 Ave. The body was that of an adult white male in his early thirties. The man was partially dressed in blue jeans and socks.
BSO’s Homicide detectives, Crime Scene investigators and Tamarac Fire Rescue responded to the scene. Cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
