
EJ Burns. {JPT Baseball}
J.P. Taravella graduate EJ Burns has officially committed to playing college baseball at Indian River State College.
Burns, a 2024 graduate, began his collegiate career at Florida Gulf Coast University, but did not appear in any games., He started playing baseball at the age of four and played with South Inferno for nine years. He then competed for Sam Luppino on TBT National, where his team was ranked number one in the country while also playing for the Original  Florida Pokers.
In high school, Burns hit nearly .300 with four home runs, 24 extra base hits, and 46 RBIs. He also pitched impressively, boasting a 10-4 record and a 2.84 ERA. Burns will join a collegia team that went 34-16 a season ago.
