Man With History of Public Lewdness Charges Caught Masturbating Outside 7-Eleven 4

A man with a history of masturbating in public was arrested after authorities say he exposed himself and began masturbating outside a Tamarac 7-Eleven.

According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Danny Martin, 44, of Hollywood, was arrested on May 30 outside a 7-Eleven located at 4999 North State Road 7 after witnesses told deputies they saw him masturbating.

An arrest affidavit states that witnesses told deputies that Martin pulled his pants down and began to masturbate near a bush and gas pump while a victim was filling their car with fuel. The victim, disturbed by the incident, recorded the behavior and later submitted the video to police.

The arresting officer was able to review the video evidence, which confirmed the victim’s claims.

Records show that this is not Martin’s first offense. He was previously arrested and convicted on April 25, 2024, for lewd and lascivious molestation at a separate location in Hollywood. Records show that the incident involved Martin allegedly masturbating outside a daycare center.

Martin was arrested and transported to the Broward County Main Jail.
