Tamarac’s Tyla Mori had an incredible experience playing in the Elite Middle School Showcase on Jan. 5 at Cardinal Gibbons High School.
Mori, who attends Millenium Middle School in Tamarac, played for Team West. Vanessa Vancott won the three-point contest, while Ke’Nya Clark won MVP.
The players were nominated by their coaches, with Rayna Benoit receiving the award for the most votes, with 297.
