Golf enthusiasts are invited to grab their clubs and tee off for a good cause at the Tamarac Fire Rescue Benevolent Golf Tournament to raise funds to support the city’s dedicated firefighters.
Held on Friday, July 21, at the Woodmont Country Club, the tournament is $130 per golfer and $50 for all non-golfers who want to attend. Check-in starts at noon, followed by the tee-off at 1 p.m.
Throughout the day, golfers can compete for various awards, including prizes for first, second, and third places, the longest drive, and the closest to the pin. After the awards ceremony, players and guests are invited to a silent auction and dinner.
Attendees can anticipate a day of golfing, camaraderie, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting the Tamarac Fire Rescue Benevolent Fund.
All payments can be made to the TRF Benevolent Venmo, @TFDBenevolentFund. Email players’ names to tamaracbenevolentfund@gmail.com.
Woodmont Country Club is located at 7801 NW 80th Ave.
