Get ready to light up the night and celebrate America’s birthday in style with Tamarac’s All-American Celebration, featuring live music, delicious food, and a spectacular fireworks display.
Held on Tuesday, July 4, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Tamarac Sports Complex, the All-American Celebration includes a performance of the National Anthem by vocalist Chantal Deshaies and live musical entertainment from the Original Studio 54 Band, known for their disco, funk, and pop covers.
Guests can enjoy a delectable selection from the local food vendors, and children will have a blast at the kids’ zone with a gaming truck, arts & crafts, face painting, and inflatables.
The celebration concludes with a colorful fireworks display at 9 p.m.
Director of Parks and Recreation Greg Warner said the city is thrilled to host the annual All-American Celebration, something residents and friends from neighboring cities look forward to each year.
“It’s always good seeing generations of families showcasing their patriotic pride, enjoying Tamarac’s amazing outdoor spaces and great entertainment to ring in our Nation’s birthday. We hope the entire community can join us for an unforgettable July 4 celebration,” he added.
Limited on-site parking is available, and residents are encouraged to carpool and use free shuttles from Tamarac City Hall located at 7525 NW 88th Ave and Tamarac Community Center at 8601 W. Commercial Blvd.
The shuttles will run from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m. and again after the fireworks. For more information about the event, parking, and transportation, call the City of Tamarac Parks and Recreation Department at 954-597-3620.
