Florida Paychecks for Patriots Career Fair Offers Job Opportunities for Veterans and Public on November 14

‘Tis the hiring season for employers, with a particular focus on veterans seeking new career opportunities.

The Florida Paychecks for Patriots Career Fair – hosted by CareerSource Broward in partnership with the City of Tamarac – will take place on Thursday, November 14, at the Tamarac Community Center from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The event—free to attend and open to the general public—has set aside a first hour for veterans to connect with employers and explore hundreds of job openings across various industries.

After this hour, the career fair opens to the general public, welcoming all job seekers interested in advancing their careers.

CareerSource Broward encourages attendees to pre-register. By pre-registration, attendees will reserve a spot at the event and receive access to a complete list of employers and available positions, allowing them to prepare effectively for the event.

For a successful experience, job seekers are asked to dress professionally, bring resumes to share with hiring managers, and complete the pre-registration process to facilitate entry.
