Through the Years with the Kenny Rogers Band revisits the music of the Grammy-winning artist in a show featuring the original arrangements and a live performance style.

Featuring Don Gatlin, Through the Years presents Kenny Rogers’ songs as they were performed in concert by his longtime touring band. The set includes major hits such as “The Gambler,” “Lucille,” “Lady,” “Islands in the Stream,” and “Coward of the County,” along with lesser-heard fan favorites from Rogers’ touring years.

Gatlin, a country artist and songwriter whose work was recorded by Rogers, including “Something’s Wrong in Vegas,” developed a professional relationship with Rogers that led to multiple appearances as his opening act before Rogers’ retirement in 2018. The show is built around original arrangements and the firsthand experience of the band that performed alongside Rogers for more than 4 decades.

Held on Saturday, January 3, at 8 p.m., the show is $35 for Kings Point residents and $40 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.

The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.

As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
