Tamarac Mayor Michelle Gomez hosts a Power Circuit class as part of her Move with the Mayor program.
Held on Saturday, November 16, at 9:30 a.m. at Tamarac Park, the free fitness class offers a full-body workout that combines cardio, high-intensity interval training, and strength training. Power Circuit classes are designed to be challenging and creative but can be adjusted to individual abilities and goals.
Save the date for the following Move with the Mayor session on Monday, December 2, at 6:30 p.m., which will be the last Zumba class of the year. The city’s 2025 fitness program schedule will be available in December.
