The City of Tamarac welcomes residents and visitors to unwind and revitalize at an upcoming free healing event.
The “Sounds of Love: A Harmonic Healing Experience” takes place on Thursday, February 13, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Tamarac Community Center, located at 8601 West Commercial Boulevard.
This immersive event, hosted by Altas Frecuencias, features a combination of ancient sound healing practices and modern scientific techniques to cool and relax the mind, body, and spirit.
Attendees can expect to enjoy a relaxing environment where they can experience the soothing effects of harmonic healing through sound therapy and some of the oldest ancient rejuvenation techniques.
Participants are asked to bring their yoga mats, towels, pillows, or other items to ensure comfort while sitting or lying down during the session.
The event is free of charge, but registration is required. Interested participants must register by Monday, February 10, by emailing MayorGomezEvents@Tamarac.org with “Harmonic Healing” in the subject line.
